At Maccabi Tel Aviv, we want every fan to be fully satisfied with their gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact. Include the original invoice or a printout of your return confirmation.
Ship the Package
Send the package to our official distribution center using a tracked shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
